How do I get Always-On Mail?
SEVEN Always-On Mail Professional Edition is available at www.alwaysonmail.com. Please check that technical requirements are fulfilled (Getting started) and, that your mobile device is listed in the supported devices and has full internet access over GPRS.

I did't get any registration code from my reseller.
The desktop connector uses automatic activation, so no licence file is needed. However, if you try to purchase before trialling, the automatic activation will not work, so please trial first!

The activation code needed to activate an account is created when installing the client. After successful installation the activation code is shown on device.

I can't even start installing, I get an error saying "Unable to begin with installation. Please ensure that your PC is set up for using mail before attempting a new installation."
The Professional Edition can only be used with email accounts on Exchange or Domino mail server. Please, check the technical requirements (Getting started).

Installation fails because I can't get a connection to the remote server. How do I proceed?

Please check that you have an internet connection from the computer by opening a browser (such as Internet Explorer or Firefox). If you cannot connect to the internet, the service can't be installed or run, so please contact your IT administration for help.

I don't get an activation code when running the client software on my device.
Please check your access point settings. Remember that the GPRS has to be activated in order to get the push feature functioning.

Please contact your service provider to inquire if they have locked the device so that no additional software can be installed to it. Remember, that some service providers charge for opening the device lock.

I installed your software to a Nokia phone. The installation jammed the phone completely. What to do?
Please contact your mobile phone reseller and check that you're using the latest software for your phone.

Or the wrong version of the software was being installed. Please start the installation again using the correct version of the software.
