(i) Registration Information About You. We may ask for information about you that is specific to you and identifies you (“Personally Identifiable Information”) when you inquire about or subscribe to a SEVEN service or product. We will only ask you for your Personally Identifiable Information if we require such information to be able to serve you.

For example, we may ask you for your e-mail address or phone number so that we can provide you with additional materials or connect you with a representative. If you wish to order a product or service from us, we will need to ask you for information such as your name, email address, phone number and your country of residence so that we can handle your order and deliver the requested product or service to you.

We never collect or handle in any way your credit card information as your payment will be processed directly by our trusted service partner(s), which guarantee the security of your transaction.

(vi) SEVEN may disclose Personally Identifiable Information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to prevent injury or property damage. Transfer and use of your Personally Identifiable Information by SEVEN Service Partners
